Client's Industry: Marketing/Advertising Agency: Small, fully remote marketing agency focusing on strategic campaigns and client management.

Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Lead generation (using Apollo, Lemlist, HubSpot, and manual scraping)
• Email outreach with the goal of appointment setting
• Campaign support (e.g., webinars, cold prospecting campaigns)
• Ad hoc tasks
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Must have experience working with Apollo.io, Hubspot, and Lemlist for lead generation, sequencing, and outreach campaigns
• Strong understanding of B2B lead nurturing and appointment setting
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Prior experience in marketing or agency environments is a plus
• Must be fluent in English (written and spoken) with professional presentation skills
• Proactive, independent, and able to manage outbound outreach tasks with minimal supervision
• Excellent phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills
• Tech Savvy
• Able to work on a graveyard shift

Technical Requirements:

• USB Headset with Noise Cancellation feature
