The B2B Recruiting Manager trains and manages a team of B2B research agents responsible for finding and conducting qualitative research interviews with high-level B2B respondents in hard to target positions and industries. Primary responsibilities include:
The B2B Recruiting Manager trains and manages a team of B2B research agents responsible for finding and conducting qualitative research interviews with high-level B2B respondents in hard to target positions and industries. Primary responsibilities include:
- Deliver high quality B2B interview recruits meeting specified target criteria including company name, company size, company revenue, title, product/industry knowledge specialization, etc.
- Develop and Improve processes for finding and tracking target audiences via online sources including social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.), Trade and Special Interest organizations, and other desk research methods.
- Inform selection of email, phone, text, and social media tools for contact list generation and contact management.
- Ensure high productivity of executive research team through ongoing training and refinement of lead development methods.
- 5+ years in a B2B research, HR recruiting, Sales Cold Calling, or other related Business Contact Management role.
- BA/BS degree or equivalent preferred
- Proven track record demonstrating lead generation through cold calling, email outreach, and contact management.
- Knowledge of CRM tools such as Salesforce, or other contact management tools a plus
- Knowledge of ZoomInfo and LinkedIn premium tools (Recruiter, Sales, Premium, etc.) a plus
