What You'll Do
Oversee site acquisition projects from initiation to completion.
Develop and implement strategies for effective site identification and acquisition.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless integration.
Conduct market research to identify potential sites and assess viability.
Negotiate lease agreements and manage vendor relationships.
Monitor project timelines and budgets to ensure on-time delivery.
What We’re Looking For
Minimum of 2 years of experience in site acquisition or related fields.
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proven track record of successful negotiations.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
