We are looking for a skilled and motivated AV Technician to join our team in Pasay, Philippines. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in audio-visual technology, with a strong ability to set up, operate, and troubleshoot various AV equipment. This role is essential to ensure seamless execution of events and presentations.

What You'll Do
Set up and maintain audio-visual equipment for events and meetings.
Troubleshoot technical issues during live events to ensure smooth operation.
Collaborate with event coordinators to understand specific AV needs.
Perform regular maintenance on AV equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Assist in planning the layout and design of audio-visual setups for various venues.
Provide training to staff on the use of AV equipment when necessary.
What We’re Looking For
Minimum 1 year of experience in an AV technician role or similar position.
Strong understanding of audio-visual technologies and equipment.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively under pressure during live events.
Strong communication skills and teamwork mentality.
