Overview

We are seeking a Marketing Automation Specialist to support the development and implementation of automation solutions that enhance efficiency and scalability within our healthcare marketing operations. This role will collaborate closely with the Automation Product Manager and cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities, execute product roadmaps, and ensure seamless integration of automated systems into existing workflows. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with GoHighLevel (GHL), HubSpot, CRM management, and email/landing page production, with strong knowledge of UX/UI design, lead generation, and conversion optimization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute product roadmaps to deliver automation solutions that improve marketing operations and client services.
  • Follow established workflows and efficiently implement automation strategies and tactics.
  • Collaborate with engineering, data, and marketing teams to integrate automation tools seamlessly.
  • Build and optimize landing pages (GHL, WordPress) with a focus on lead generation and conversion.
  • Conduct QA testing on landing page functionality, designs, and flows; perform edits/updates and A/B testing.
  • Design, QA, and deploy custom email templates and campaigns in GHL and HubSpot.
  • Manage CRM systems (primarily GoHighLevel) including list creation, reporting, troubleshooting, and workflow automations.
  • Perform product QA testing for new features, integrations, and automation products.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in product management, marketing automation, or process optimization (preferably in marketing technology or healthcare).
  • Strong understanding of automation tools, AI-driven marketing technologies, and workflow optimization.
  • Experience executing product roadmaps and working with development teams to implement automation solutions.
  • Basic HTML, CSS, and WordPress skills with UX/UI design experience focused on lead generation and conversion.
  • Proficiency in email marketing platforms (GoHighLevel, HubSpot) with proven ability to design and deploy campaigns.
  • Strong QA skills for landing pages, email templates, and automation workflows.
  • Detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
