Audit Specialist (Contract)

We are looking for an exceptionally organized and detail-oriented Audit Specialist to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and enforceability of all sales contracts before they are finalized. This person will review every contract our sales team generates, confirm all required fields and terms are included, and verify that each contract is legally sound and ready for billing.

This role requires no specialized legal or technical background—just outstanding attention to detail, a strong sense of ownership, and a commitment to getting things right. The Audit Specialist plays a critical role in keeping our sales and billing processes running smoothly and minimizing downstream errors.

What You’ll Do

• Manually review every sales contract for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to internal standards.
• Confirm that all required fields, terms, and supporting information are present and correctly formatted.
• Check for consistency across contract versions, templates, and associated account records.
• Flag discrepancies, missing information, or legal/compliance issues before contracts move to billing.
• Communicate directly with Sales, Sales Ops, and Billing to resolve issues quickly.
• Maintain a high-volume review queue while meeting strict turnaround times.
• Track error patterns and partner with Sales Ops to improve templates, processes, and workflows.
• Maintain accurate logs and audit trails for internal reporting.
• Take full ownership of the quality of every contract that passes through your hands.
• Complete outbound and follow-up outreach to customers to collect missing information, clarify contract details, and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain and update internal trackers and audit logs to monitor contract status, customer outreach progress, error trends, and resolution timelines, ensuring accuracy and accountability.
