  • Perform regular internal audits of construction projects, focusing on engineering practices, quality standards, and safety procedures.
  • Audit procurement, materials management, equipment usage, and project timelines for compliance.
  • Verify that construction documents (e.g., plans, permits, inspection reports) comply with legal and company requirements.
  • Ensure adherence to ISO standards, local building codes, safety laws, and company policies.
  • Identify gaps in processes and recommend improvements.
  • Prepare audit reports with findings, risk assessments, and recommended corrective actions.
  • Follow up on non-conformities and verify implementation of corrective measures.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
  • Additional certifications in quality auditing
  • 2 years of experience in construction, quality assurance, or engineering audits
  • Experience with large-scale construction projects is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with ISO standards (especially ISO 9001, 14001, 45001).
