JOB SUMMARY
- Ensure accurate and on-time submission of inventory reconciliation of the store/brand assigned and promptly provides a summary to recover the amount of inventory losses.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare inventory count schedule of the assigned brand, process letters/permits needed
- Monitor all stores/brands assigned are periodically counted in a year
- Prepare and compute deduction for inventory losses
- Handle inventory reconciliation with sales personnel; discusses variances
- Process clearances and checks records of sales personnel
- Assist the concern department in evaluating the condition of the stores and detects causes of losses, fraudulent acts in the store
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- Candidates must possess a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies / Administration Management, Commerce, Finance / Accountancy / Banking or equivalent
- With at least a year experience in finance, audit, taxation, or equivalent
- Proficient in English and Filipino both oral and written
- Organized, detail-oriented, trustworthy, and good analytical skills
- Willing to work physically in the Head Office, Ortigas Center, Pasig City every Mondays to Fridays.
