In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our Australian clients, handling a variety of enquiries and support requests. What you'll be doing

  • Respond to inbound customer calls and emails from Australian clients, providing efficient and friendly support
  • Troubleshoot customer issues and resolve queries in a timely manner
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up as needed
  • Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and suggest improvements
  • Stay up-to-date with company policies, products and services to best serve customers
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer support

    • What we're looking for

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Prior experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably supporting Australian clients
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Demonstrated empathy and patience when handling customer enquiries
  • Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) and other support tools
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and deadlines
