This position is primarily responsible for providing daily support function in the management of the internal and external business requirements of ATM Channel Department while ensuring its adherence to bank standards and compliance to government regulation.

Responsibilities

  • Prepares necessary accounting entries and ensures proper booking by maintaining and monitoring the GL/SL
  • Coordinates with lessors and banks authorized representative to make sure that contract renewal are complete with proper approval and documentation
  • Coordinates with branches and 3rd party provider for the compliance of ATM/CAM to regulatory requirements
  • Assists the Self-Service Support Team Lead in the preparation of the annual budget
  • Coordinates with insurance companies for the recovery of the insurance claims of the damage or vandalized ATM/CAMs
  • Coordinates with lessors on the recovery of the security deposit upon machine pull- out
  • Processes enrollments of ATMs and CAMs as special purpose machine in government website
  • Prepares reports on ATMs and CAMs for submission to government regulatory body
  • Researches ways on how to enhance processes and report formats to improve final reports

Qualifications

  • Must be a Bachelor’s Degree holder of Accounting, Business Management, Banking & Finance, or any Business-related courses
  • 0 to 2 years of Accounting-related experience
  • Must have basic knowledge in bank accounting, policies and procedures
  • Must be highly analytical and detail-oriented
  • Must be computer literate
  • Must have good in oral and written communication skills
