Associate Social Strategist - Sports (Project-based)

Job Description

• Assist strategy team in developing brands’ campaign messaging, tone and voice, and social media presence.
• Craft engaging copy for brand campaigns and social media content.
• Provide insight on target audiences’ preferences and produce tailored content.
• Conceptualize and pitch executable stories that connect with our clients’ brand and audiences, as well as creating the necessary decks and treatment for them.
• Create, plan, schedule, and implement social media and communication campaigns for brands.
• Monitor, track, and report social media postings and their respective analytics for weekly and/or monthly client reports.
• Respond to brand consumers on clients’ social media platforms at specific times every working day.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Marketing, Communication, or related courses.
• Written and speaking fluency in English.
• Up to date with the latest digital technology and social media trends.
• At least 1 year of copywriting and community management experience on social media platforms for any sports-related brand.
• Collaborates with internal and external partners to make social content compelling for both fans and advertisers.
• Manages posting across multiple social media accounts & platforms during live sports window
• Proficiency in social listening, social media data analytics, and social reporting tools (Sprinklr, Sprout, Hootsuite, Meltwater, etc).
• With exceptional understanding and innate interest in basketball, especially the NBA and WNBA. In-depth knowledge of other sports and its personalities is a plus. 
• Must be flexible and able to work with clients and stakeholders in different time zones.
