Job Overview

Associate Planner - responsible in the overall movement of Finished goods activities in Socot plant but not limited to analysis of orders and tabulation for customers, support and assist the Planning Manager or Supervisor in the planning of schedules and other activities related to schedules, coordination of customers and internal team for any related issues and concerns on availability and delivery.

This position is critical in the success and achieving sales volume target of the company.

Your Responsibilities

• Plans and analyze supply plan volume to allocate the capacity per lines/mills.
• Provide daily/weekly production schedules.
• Maintain the finished goods inventory level.
• Checking and monitoring of premixes, laminated and feed tags.
• Coordinates with the RM In-charge for the raw materials needed in the formula inclusions per SKU.
• Coordinates/Escalates to operations, purchasing and formulation team for any raw materials concerns to ensure continuous production supply.
• Participates in the S&OP meetings and discussion during Demand planning and supply planning review.
• Communicates with customer on the orders to be picked-up.
• Communicates with Sales Personnel for the customer orders.
  
  

Your Profile

• Knowledgeable in microsoft office application
• Analytical and problem solving skills
• Communication and coordination skills
• Experienced in Dynamics system for planning and transactions.
• Team player
• Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Business or Engineering
