Job Description

In this role, you will have to:

• Conduct comprehensive data analysis using advanced statistical methods and tools to extract meaningful insights from complex datasets
• Create and maintain PowerPoint reports, ensuring adherence to client's report publishing guidelines and formatting requirements
• Develop and implement data quality assurance processes to maintain the integrity and accuracy of analyses
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and translate them into analytical solutions
• Design and create visually appealing and informative data visualizations using tools such as Tableau or Power BI
• Perform regular data audits and reconciliations to ensure data consistency across various systems and reports
• Develop and maintain databases, data systems, and data models to support analytical processes
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to provide actionable insights for strategic decision-making
• Prepare and deliver presentations of findings to stakeholders, including executive leadership
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in data analysis and visualization
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to the development of best practices within the analytics team
• Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail in all aspects of work, including data analysis, report creation, and quality control
• Continuously improve and upskill in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, as well as other relevant data analysis tools
• Effectively communicate complex analytical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to strict deadlines and quality standards
  
  

Qualifications

Our most successful candidates will have:

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field;
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in data analysis or a related field
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly advanced Excel skills
• Strong knowledge of statistical analysis and data mining techniques
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
• Proficiency in SQL and database management
• Experience with programming languages such as Python or R for data analysis
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data quality
• Ability to communicate complex analytical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Experience in creating and maintaining databases and data models
• Familiarity with market research and competitive analysis techniques
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet strict deadlines
• Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies in data analysis
