Job Description

Manila Global Markets Operations (GMO) Branch is looking for a candidate who will have senior level responsibility for the Operations team that supports the Global Markets (FICC) business in the Philippines. The candidate will be integral to the success of the Philippines Global Markets business as well as setting the culture of the GMO team - one that helps to deliver for clients while responsibly managing risk and complying with all enterprise and regulatory requirements.

Job Responsibilities

The candidate will form part of an overall team of 4, providing BAU supervision of operational processes spanning across the full trade life-cycle; this includes supporting FX spot, and forward (deliverable & non-deliverable) products as well as Money Markets (Corporate Treasury). The candidate will also provide senior level support to the Manila GMO Branch Head; additional responsibilities involve assisting with process improvement, engagement with auditors, regulators, clients, business leads and other senior stakeholders across the branch and APAC region, as well as serving as a senior point of contact for the team.
