  • Key Responsibilities
    • Drives year-over-year retention and growth of the sales renewal portfolio through strategic account management and client engagement.
    • Leads process improvement initiatives for assigned Key Accounts, enhancing internal efficiency while ensuring high-quality service delivery to clients and members.
    • Works closely with the Health Network Management and Operations teams to develop utilization management projects, review utilization reports, address gaps, and recommend solutions to improve implementation of utilization and operational initiatives for assigned accounts.
    • Collaborates with the Actuarial team to provide strategic input during pricing negotiations, ensuring compliance with profitability standards.
    • Exercises sound judgment in handling client escalations and proactively reports critical issues to internal decision-makers for timely resolution.
    • Maintains consistent engagement with top-level stakeholders, fostering trust and alignment with strategic objectives through visibility and open communication.
    • Plans, monitors, and evaluates the performance of the Team in achieving sales targets and defined KRAs/KPIs, ensuring compliance with deliverables, company standards, and departmental policies.
    • Reviews team performance and conducts coaching, mentoring, and regular meetings to strengthen competencies and close capability gaps.
Qualifications

  • At least 5–7 years of experience in account management, client relationship management, or sales in healthcare, insurance, or related industries.
  • Proven track record in renewals, retention, and portfolio growth .
  • Strong background in utilization management and collaboration with cross-functional teams (Operations, Network, Actuarial, etc.).
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills , with experience engaging C-level or senior client representatives.
  • Demonstrated leadership in managing teams , with experience in performance management, coaching, and mentoring.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate utilization and operational data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to handle escalations with discernment and professionalism.
  • Highly organized, process-driven, and results-oriented.
