Responsibiliities

  • Strategically manage key accounts to ensure renewal and expansion year-over-year.
  • Drive revenue growth by identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with top-level client stakeholders.
  • Ensure regular communication, visibility, and alignment on long-term strategic goals.
  • Identify and lead continuous improvement initiatives for internal processes tied to key accounts.
  • Ensure service excellence and operational efficiency for assigned accounts
  • Collaborate with the Actuarial team to align pricing proposals with client needs and profitability targets.
  • Participate in strategic pricing discussions during negotiation
  • Lead a team of account managers or officers, ensuring delivery of targets and compliance.
  • Monitor individual and team KPIs/KRAs and conduct regular performance evaluation
  • Provide coaching, mentoring, and training to strengthen team capabilities.

Experience

  • At least 10 years of progressive experience in account management, corporate sales, or client services, with 3–5 years in a leadership role
  • Industry Background: Preferably in healthcare, HMO, insurance, or corporate solutions .
  • Proven success in managing renewals, and contract negotiations.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with operations, analytics, actuarial, and medical/utilization teams.
