Responsibilities

  • Drives year-over-year retention and growth of the sales renewal portfolio through strategic account management and client engagement
  • Leads process improvement initiatives for the assigned Key Account, enhancing internal efficiency while delivering high quality service to the client and its members.
  • Works side by side with Health Network Management team and Operations to come up with new utilization management projects, review utilization report regularly, address gaps and provide sound recommendations to improve the effective implementation of existing utilization and operational projects specific to the assigned Key Account
  • Collaborates with Actuarial team to provide a strategic approach during pricing negotiations, ensuring compliance to standards in profitability
  • Exhibits strong discernment in handling client escalations and proactively reports critical issues to internal decision makers to support informed and timely actions.
  • Constantly engages with top-level stakeholders maintaining visibility and open communication, fostering trust and alignment on strategic objectives.
  • Plans, monitors and evaluates performance of Team in the achievement of the sales target and identified KRAs and KPIs; ensures the Team's compliance to the primary deliverables, company and departmental policies and procedure

Experience And Training

  • 5 to 7 years experiene is sales
  • HMO or Insurance experiene is an advantage
  • Deep understanding of the products/services being offered (e.g., HMO, healthcare benefits)
  • Familiarity with corporate insurance policies and government regulationn
  • Training in client profitability analysis
