We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Assistant Vice President - Collections Operations.
Job Responsibilities:
- Leading by example to support our frontline colleagues to deliver best in industry quality and service across all customer channels, supporting our long-term strategic goals.
- Developing and managing strong working partnerships with key individuals and teams to deliver as one team against our strategic priorities.
- Take personal accountability for the adoption of change and realization of benefits within their business area.
- Ensure agreed migrations are effectively implemented in liaison with project and business managers.
- Motivate and develop team members, paying particular attention to individual development or action plans as required.
- Prepare/implement action plans to improve satisfaction levels for internal and external customers.
- Ensure effective and appropriate structure and format is in place for Management Information which fully and accurately represents achievement of key business deliverables.
- Create an environment where process improvements are identified, scrutinized, implemented, and rewarded. Ensure timely communication with business areas, project team and staff for implementation of the same.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field required
- Extensive background on Management experience in financial services and/or BPO operations
- Experience in financial products, high volume processing center operations, contact center operations, quality and production management, performance and process engineering
- Operational Risk Management experience
- Ability to interact with multi-national processing center management teams
- Relationship Management, Operational Risk Management, Analytics, Performance Management, Service Excellence and Customer Experience Focus
Candidate with less relevant experience or skills may be offered a lower Global Career Band than stated above.
Due to the urgent hiring need, candidates with immediate right to work locally and no relocation need will be prioritised.
