Work Setup: Hybrid (1 month onsite, followed by remote work)

Work Schedule: Night-shift following U.S time zone

Salary: Up to PHP 70,000/month

Role Overview

We’re seeking a creative, strategic, and data-driven Marketing Manager / Marketing Officer to lead our growth remotely. You will craft and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, manage content production, own SEO and social media, and provide daily detailed reports to both our team and the hiring agency.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Growth & Acquisition

  • Design a 6-month strategy to attract 1 million users, outlining experiments, tactics, and KPIs.
  • Build a monetization strategy to onboard influencers, businesses, advertisers, and celebrities.

Content & Campaign Production

  • Create and publish ads, visuals, videos, and written content consistent with brand tone.
  • Maintain a robust content calendar for daily posting across platforms (Meta, Instagram, X, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).

SEO & Web Optimization

  • Conduct SEO audits and implement on-page and off-page optimizations.
  • Oversee metadata, site structure, backlink growth, and coordinate with developers on technical improvements.

Social & Community Management

  • Post daily across platforms, engage with the community, and manage comments/messages.
  • Track platform growth, trends, follower counts, and engagement weekly monthly.

Data Tracking & ROI Analysis

  • Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.) to monitor campaigns.
  • Report and analyze ROI, CAC, CLV, and conversion metrics for each initiative.

Communication & Reporting

  • Deliver daily structured reports covering activities, metrics, ROI, and next steps.
  • Maintain clear, proactive communication with stakeholders and the hiring agency.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Perform competitor analysis and benchmarking.
  • Drive influencer outreach, partnership negotiation, and campaign coordination.
  • Maintain brand guidelines and ensure brand consistency.
  • Gather customer feedback and align marketing strategies accordingly.
  • Stay current on emerging channels (podcasts, webinars, Discord/Reddit communities).
  • Oversee email marketing campaigns, including onboarding and retention workflows.
  • Coordinate events, contests, and lead-generation campaigns.
  • Manage marketing budgets across channels.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, SEO, and social media management.
  • Demonstrated success achieving user acquisition and advertiser growth goals.
  • Proficient in creating visual and video content (Canva, Photoshop, Premiere, etc.).
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven marketing.
  • Excellent English communication—written & verbal.
  • Highly organized for remote work, with strict adherence to daily reporting.
  • Creative, strategic thinker with the ability to pivot quickly.

Performance Metrics

  • User acquisition: volume, CAC, conversion rates.
  • Advertiser/premium base growth: new partners, revenue.
  • SEO: keyword ranking, organic traffic.
  • Engagement: post reach, community engagement rates.
  • ROI on ad spend and marketing activities.
