Job Description Summary

About the Role:
- Coordinate various property-related projects including tenant improvements, capital upgrades, and site repairs, while supporting Project Managers as needed
- Manage documentation such as requisitions, change orders, and invoices; assist with site evaluations and physical audit report preparation
- Facilitate consultant and contractor selection, track project progress, and ensure proper approvals for budget and organizational changes
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Building Construction, or a related technical discipline preferred
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in architecture, construction, or project management preferred
- Strong understanding of project coordination, construction processes, and technical documentation essential
