Core Business Services (CBS) professionals, just like client-serving professionals, have different mindsets, skillsets and backgrounds. They work in Finance, Technology, HR, Talent Acquisition, Brand, Marketing, Communications, Knowledge, Business Development, Public Policy and Risk Management.

Campus Talent Acquisition

The Campus Talent Acquisition Team oversees student recruitment for EY's undergraduate and graduate programs, aiming to identify high-performing talent and enhance our campus presence.

Role purpose

As a Campus Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will play a vital role in providing administrative and operational support to the Talent Acquisition team in their efforts to attract and recruit top student talent. You will help to ensure compliance is maintained, coordinate and attend recruitment events, manage communications, and ensure a smooth and efficient campus recruitment process.

Core Responsibilities

General

  • Provide support to recruiters, managers, and the campus lead across all facets of campus recruitment, encompassing the full recruitment lifecycle, tasks related to programs and initiatives, team events etc
  • Contribute to the development and refinement of recruitment strategies and processes.
  • Champion diversity, equity and inclusion (DE&I) by integrating DE&I best practices into recruitment strategies, attending DE&I uplift series webinars, and maintaining a thorough understanding of EY’s DE&I policies and objectives

Recruitment

  • Coordinate logistics for recruitment days and interviews, including room bookings and catering arrangements.
  • Issue timely confirmation emails and calendar invitations to candidates and internal stakeholders for interviews and recruitment events.
  • Handle candidate process adjustment requests and communicate to recruiter necessary accommodations throughout the recruitment process.
  • Support recruiters by using provided scripts to invite candidates to Recruitment Days or interviews.
  • Prepare and organise materials for recruitment days, ensuring rooms are properly set up.
  • Conduct right-to-work verifications (VisaView & VisaCheck) and diligently follow up on outstanding candidate documentation.
  • Review, shortlist and manage candidates for early identification programs (except Vacationer/Intern program)

Events

  • Generate registration links and manage attendee lists for events using Qualtrics, including sending reminders and post-event communications.
  • Oversee catering for events, ensuring dietary requirements are noted.
  • Send approved marketing materials to promote events to external stakeholders, such as universities and student societies.
  • Assist with sourcing representatives for events and assist with briefing representatives
  • Provide on-site support for event setup and execution.
  • Ensure sufficient merchandise and stationery is available for events.

Coordination

  • Collaborate with the coordinator group to organise and facilitate Oceania team calls, ensuring guest speakers are confirmed and briefed, the calls are recorded and minutes are accurately documented.
  • Efficiently manage local inboxes, EY Oceania Recruitment inbox and Coordinator Teams channel, responding to or delegating emails/requests promptly.
  • Process invoices and liaise with the accounts team to ensure timely payments.
  • Complete regular merchandise and stationery stocktakes.

Quality

  • Follow all EY processes meticulously to ensure consistency, efficiency and compliance.
  • Adhere to and consistently meet Campus Talent Acquisition Coordinator measures of success.
  • Complete BRIDGE checks, ensuring they are completed prior to agreements being signed.
  • Help to maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Yello, SuccessFactors and offline trackers, including relevant data, approvals and any exceptions or deviations.
  • Ensure fairness and non-discrimination in candidate evaluation and selection, avoiding bias.
  • Maintain compliance when working with external organisations/vendors, including completing BRIDGE checks.
  • Complete all mandatory learning within deadlines.
  • Demonstrate a high level of professionalism by being punctual for all scheduled meetings and events.

Skills, Knowledge And Experiences

  • Previous experience working in recruitment or HR preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Quick learner with the ability to master new systems efficiently.
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Demonstrated ability to think creatively and problem-solve.
  • Passion for talent acquisition and a genuine interest in identifying and developing early-career talent.
  • Proficiency or willingness to learn Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work with ambiguity.
