Who are we looking for:

As an Assistant Manager – Product Lead (CRM or E-Commerce), you will support the strategic development and execution of Alfamart’s digital initiatives focused on either Customer Relationship Management (CRM) or E-Commerce. You will help translate business goals into effective digital product solutions that deliver value to our customers and operational teams.

This role requires a strong blend of business insight, customer empathy, and technical fluency. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive product innovation and continuously enhance the customer journey across digital platforms.


What will you do:
  • Assist in developing the product strategy, roadmap, and execution plans for CRM or E-Commerce
  • Lead and coordinate the product development lifecycle — from discovery to delivery and iteration
  • Conduct market and customer research to identify opportunities and pain points
  • Create detailed product requirements, user stories, and success metrics
  • Work closely with Engineering, UI/UX, Marketing, Operations, and Compliance teams to ensure successful product rollout
  • Monitor product performance and use data insights to optimize and improve product features
  • Ensure product features align with customer expectations and business goals
  • Serve as the day-to-day contact point between stakeholders and the digital product team


What does it take to be part of the team?
  • Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or any related field
  • At least 3 years of relevant work experience in product management, digital platforms, or e-commerce systems
  • Background in retail, fintech, or digital customer engagement is an advantage
  • Strong understanding of digital product development and agile processes
  • Analytical, proactive, and customer-focused
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability
