Title: Assistant Manager, Manufacturing
Plans and schedules production operation based
on volume forecast and actual requirements.
1.1 Prepares and carries out the daily/weekly production schedule
based on production volume forecast and actual orders
received from stores.
1.2 Validates and approves requisitions for production and
operating materials based on this production schedule.
1.3 Prepares work schedules and job assignments of personnel in
his area according to the production scheme planned.
1.4 Sees to it that all production equipment and tools in his area
have been cleaned, inspected, lubricated and sanitized
properly.
1.5 Sees to it that back-up lines and contingencies are in place in
case of emergencies or planned volume spikes.
