We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Assistant Manager Financial Reporting.
Role Purpose
- To maintain the integrity of regulatory accounts and to ensure prompt and accurate submission of reports and returns of the Bank and its subsidiaries to various regulatory agencies including BSP, PDIC, SEC and BTr.
- To ensure compliance with the requirements of the local regulatory bodies by having an extensive knowledge of the bank’s accounts and accurate interpretation of local regulations.
- To ensure effective use of existing systems to generate reliable financial information.

Experience, Skills and Qualifications
- Good understanding of basic banking and treasury products
- Well developed analytical abilities and oral and written communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel, HUB and TREATS system
- Understand financial accounting techniques such as consolidation, accruals and balance sheet reconciliations and analytical review processes.
- Possess the ability to generate reports in conformity with IFRS/PFRS, regulatory requirements and Group policy.
- Understand financial and accounting data needs.
- Understand established processes and timelines for the production of financial statements and reports.
- Be able to research accounting topics and review internal accounting policies for adherence with industry developments and changes in regulatory requirements
