The Assistant Loan Processor supports the loan processing team by managing communications, handling documentation, and ensuring accuracy throughout the loan application process. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication to maintain smooth workflows and timely loan processing.

Key Responsibilities:

Email & Document Management:

  • Review incoming emails, check for attachments, and save them to the server and loan processing system.
  • Respond to emails or notify appropriate team members of actions required based on attachments or content.
  • Assign emails to the correct account executive (AE) if questions arise but are not yet entered into the loan system.


Credit & Background Processing:

  • Pull credit and background reports from the designated credit agency, ensuring alignment with backer requirements.
  • Process borrower credit card charges for credit reports.
  • Review reports for issues, resolve any discrepancies, and save accurate information to the server and loan system.


Document Verification & Communication:

  • Log into DocuSign to retrieve and save credit authorizations and term sheets to the appropriate systems.
  • Verify information for accuracy and contact borrowers to correct any errors.
  • Prepare and obtain approval for term sheets before sending them to borrowers or brokers.


General Support:

  • Maintain real-time communication with team members, borrowers, and brokers to address inquiries and updates.
  • Support general and borrower calls or text messages, ensuring clear and professional communication.
  • Assist with real-time email management, ensuring responses within a timely manner.


Ad hoc:

  • Perform ad hoc tasks as needed.


Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in loan processing or administrative support.
  • Strong organizational and document management skills.
  • Proficiency with email systems and document management tools.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial documents.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Working hours: Monday to Friday between 8:30 AM to 5 PM Central Standard Time (CST)


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with DocuSign, Lendingwise, and credit agency portals.
  • Experience in mortgage or hard money lending environments.
  • Basic knowledge of loan documentation and processing workflows.


Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $700 - $800 + $50 Allowance per month

Note: This role is only available to candidates from the Philippines and Kosovo.
