What You'll Do
Assist in managing leasing activities and tenant relations.
Conduct property showings and respond to inquiries from prospective tenants.
Collaborate with the leasing team to develop marketing strategies for vacant units.
Prepare lease agreements and ensure compliance with regulations.
Maintain accurate records of lease transactions and tenant information.
Conduct regular property inspections to ensure maintenance standards are met.
What We’re Looking For
Minimum of 4 years experience in leasing or property management.
Strong interpersonal skills and customer service orientation.
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.
