Position Summary
The Digital Content Assistant Manager (DCAM) is responsible for driving strategic, creative, governance, and performance conversations of digital content across Unilab brands. The role ensures that brand content is effective, data-driven, consumer-centric, and consistent across platforms and formats, including social media, influencer marketing, digital content, and other emerging content solutions (e.g., Content AI).
This role works closely with brand teams, creative agencies, influencer partners, analytics teams and IMC partners to translate brand objectives into impactful, effective, and measurable digital content. The DCAM also leads content effectiveness initiatives, AB testing, social listening insights, and continuous improvement efforts to drive content governance.

Digital Content and Creatives

The role ensures that brand content is effective, data-driven, consumer-centric, and consistent across platforms and formats, including social media, influencer marketing, digital content, and other emerging content solutions (e.g., Content AI).
This role works closely with brand teams, creative agencies, influencer partners, analytics teams and IMC partners to translate brand objectives into impactful, effective, and measurable digital content. The DCAM also leads content effectiveness initiatives, AB testing, social listening insights, and continuous improvement efforts to drive content governance.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communication, Business, or related fields.
- 3-5 years of strong experience in digital, content and influencer marketing, or related roles.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, digital content formats, and influencer marketing
- Experience in working with cross-functional teams (brand, creative agencies, media, analytics).
- Strong analytical skills; ability to interpret data and translate insights into strategy.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in managing multiple brands or business units is an advantage.
- Experience in content AI tools, measurement frameworks, or AB testing is a plus.
Digital Content and Creatives
- Partner with brand teams and agencies to develop content strategies, ideas, and executions that are aligned with brand objectives.
- Oversee the development and distribution of digital content across multiple channels (Meta, TikTok, Google/YouTube, Communities, etc.).
- Manage Content AB Test initiatives, test-and-learn experiments, and content optimizations.
- Lead influencer strategy, campaign idea, partner selection, quality control, and performance evaluation.
- Ensure influencer content aligns with brand message, regulatory guidelines, and campaign objectives.
- Manage influencer, KOL, and community databases and update performance records.
- Develop and maintain Content Effectiveness & Measurement Playbooks, toolkits, and best practices.
- Ensure consistent content standards across brands, agencies, and platforms.
- Document learnings and scale effective content executions across the organization.
- Oversee listening dashboards, trending topic surveillance, crisis monitoring, and brand reputation risk mitigation support.
- Provide actionable insights to guide content direction, messaging, and brand engagement opportunities.
- Identify opportunities to integrate Content AI tools to improve production scale, speed, and cost efficiency.
- Lead Content AI initiatives/upskilling and develop new content development workflows for AI-developed content
- Oversee Digital Content Specialists in content operations, influencer marketing, and social media management.
- Lead alignment and ways-of-working among brand teams, creative/influencer agencies, media teams, and analytics partners.
- Drive upskilling, knowledge-sharing, and adoption of content best practices within the organization.
