Who are we looking for:

As an Assistant Business Process Manager, you are expected to support the efficient and effective operation of the organization's business processes. Be involved in collaborating with various departments and stakeholders to analyze, document, and improve processes, as well as ensure that they align with the company's goals and objectives.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and document current business processes.
• Analyze processes to identify areas for improvement, increased efficiency, and reduced costs.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date process documentation.
• Develop and implement process improvement strategies and initiatives
• Monitor the progress of process improvement projects and report on results.
• Identify and recommend process automation or technology solutions where applicable.
• Plan, manage, and execute process improvement projects.
• Coordinate project teams, allocate resources, and establish project timelines.
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
• Act as a liaison between departments to facilitate communication and process alignment.
• Use data analytics tools to measure and track the performance of business processes.
• Prepare and present reports to management with recommendations for further improvements.
• Ensure that processes comply with relevant regulations and industry standards.
• Establish and monitor quality control measures to maintain process consistency.

What does it take to be part of the team?

• Must have at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 1 - 3 years of working experience specializing in Engineering - Industrial, process documentation, and project management or equivalent.
• Experience and knowledge of the Retail Industry.
• Highly competent in project management and execution.
• Excellent in written and verbal communication.
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
• Excellent collaborative skills.
• Result-oriented approach to work delivery and output.
• Planning, time management, prioritization.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
• Willing to be assigned and fulfill duties in our head office in Pasay City.
