Job Description

Brand Strategy & Planning

  • Assists in the development and execution of annual brand plans, encompassing marketing strategies, growth initiatives, and performance objectives.
  • Conducts market analysis and consumer insight studies to guide decision-making and identify new opportunities.
  • Monitors brand performance metrics, including volume, share, and profitability, and provides actionable recommendations.


Campaign Development & Execution

  • Supports the end-to-end execution of 360° marketing campaigns, ensuring consistency with brand positioning.
  • Coordinates with creative, media, and digital agencies to deliver impactful communications and campaigns.
  • Oversees the planning and execution of consumer activations, sponsorships, and experiential marketing programs.


Innovation & Portfolio Management

  • Assists in the development and launch of new products and packaging innovations.
  • Works closely with Trade Marketing and Sales teams to strengthen brand presence in both on-premise and off-premise channels.


Budget & Project Management

  • Manages assigned marketing budgets and ensures projects are delivered within scope, timeline, and cost.
  • Evaluates campaign effectiveness and supports post-activity reviews to drive continuous improvement.


Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborates with internal teams such as Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and Regulatory to ensure smooth brand operations.
  • Builds strong partnerships with distributors and trade partners to drive execution excellence.


The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • At least 5 yrs of relevant experience in brand management, trade marketing, or consumer marketing, ideally within FMCG or the beverage/alcohol category.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to interpret data into actionable insights.
  • Creative, results-oriented, and highly organized, with strong executional discipline.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable working in a fast-paced and cross-functional environment.
