Manage end-to-end car repossession and disposal operations
Develop strategies to maximize asset recovery value
Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
Lead and supervise repo team operations
Monitor disposal performance metrics and reporting
Coordinate with legal, finance, and external partners
What We're Looking For
5+ years experience in asset disposal or repo operations
Strong knowledge of Philippine repossession laws
Proven leadership and team management skills
Excellent negotiation and communication abilities
Experience with auction processes and vehicle valuation
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
