Area Manager for Batangas City

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Achievement of Sales Targets for all stores
• Leading and Ensuring all Store Operations run smoothly & follow SOP in across all 4 stores.
• Lead by example by work with team on merchandise displaying & customer services.
• Recruit, Train, Discipline, challenge, motivate, encourage and provide constructive guidance to team of effective operations.
• Implement actions to improve Store Sales Achieve & Manpower Efficiency.
• Implement actions to prevent Stock Damage & Stock Lost from happening.
• Dealing & follow up progress with Maintenance Department of maintenance needed.
• Site Investigate & Report to Superior of any untoward incidents that may happen. (example Break In, Flood, Fire, Law Enforcement etc).
• Lead of annual stock take (ST) & follow up progress from time-to-time with the team.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's/College Degree of any 4 years Business courses or related.
• At least 5 Years of working experience in Retail Store Operations (home improvement, hardware, department store, or fashion merchandising) is an advantage
• Required Skill(s): Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills, People Management, Coaching and Training Skills, Merchandising Skills, Meticulous and great business sense
• Preferably Assistant Manager/Manager specialized in Sales - Retail that will handle multiple stores.
• Willing to work on-field.
