Responsibilities:
- Assist senior architects with design development and project coordination
- Prepare architectural drawings, renderings, and presentations using Revit and AutoCAD
- Ensure designs comply with Florida building codes and industry regulations
- Contribute to the development of construction documents for residential and commercial projects
- Collaborate with team members to create environmentally responsible design solutions
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture
- Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD with experience in wood/lumber construction
- Knowledge of Florida building codes and experience in designing single-family, multifamily, and mixed-use commercial projects is preferred but not required
- Strong communication and design skills, with the ability to present ideas effectively
