Job Title: Archistar.AI Operator

Location: Clark, Pampanga (RSS Office) or Remote (Work from Home)

Job Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

1. Software Operation:
   • Operate Archistar.Ai software.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
• Proven experience with AI software operation, technical support, or a related role. Experience with AI-driven software is a plus.
• Proficient in operating AI software applications, troubleshooting technical issues, and managing data. Familiarity with architectural software is advantageous.
• Software Experience: Archistar.ai, AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp & MS Office.
• Must be knowledgeable on Western Australian Standards relating to architectural design principles, building regulations and codes. Urban planning experience would be an advantage.
• Attention to Detail: Precision and thoroughness in using and interpreting AI tools.
• Understanding of real estate market dynamics, property valuation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to comprehend and interpret technical terms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.

Experience:

• 2 years relevant work experience: Previous experience in a role related to architecture, urban planning, or real estate, with a focus on using advanced technological tools.
• Proficiency with AI Tools: ideally Archistart.AI. Experiences using AI-driven design and analysis tools, particularly those specific to architecture and real estate.
• Project Management: Experience managing or contributing to architectural or real estate projects, including site analysis and design optimization.
