Responsibilities

• Apply payments to customer accounts on a daily basis
• Coordinate with AR reps for short/overpaid invoices
• Assign daily AR support tickets and action as applicable.
• Answer AR calls and action/route accordingly.
• Other duties as assigned
  
  

Qualifications

• Cash application experience in a high-volume environment
• Accuracy and speed
• SAP experience an asset.
• Proficient with Excel
• Detail oriented
• Team Player
• Professional, positive attitude with a focus on Customer Service
  
  

This position will be on night shift schedule in Philippines to match the work hours of North America team – 8:30am EST-5:30pm EST (night-shift differential pay will be applied as mandated)
