The Accounting Assistant is responsible with corresponding with customers regarding payments, issues invoices, and processes credit memos.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Creates and issues invoices to customers.
- Resolves billing issues and discrepancies with customers.
- Processes credit memos.
- Updates accounting records with issued invoices, processed payments, new balances, and customer contact information.
- Assists the accounting department with the preparation of financial reports.
- Maintains accurate records and files of all billing transactions.
- Performs other tasks as may be advised by immediate superior provided the personnel are trained for such tasks.
Qualifications:
- A graduate of BS in Accountancy or any accounting related course
- No experience required
- Attentive to details
- Able to multitask
- Good communication skills
- Proficiency in basic computer operations
- Preferably knowledgeable in SAP Business One.
