- Position: Appointment Setter
- Workload: Full Time 40 Hours per week
- Schedule: Monday Friday
- Time Zone: EST
- Set-up: Office-based
- Help the clients grow their web design and marketing business.
- Do outbound calls for businesses in the US that are interested in a new website, website updates/ maintenance or to sell them on an SEO package (search engine optimization).
- Make follow-up calls to interested customers
- Manage administrative tasks
- Manage leads follow-up
- Knowledgeable about Web design
- Excelled communication skills
- Experience using HubSpot, Kixie (any dialer)
- At least 2 years of experience in outbound appointment setting
