What You'll Do
Assist customers with inquiries and resolve issues promptly
Provide product information and support to enhance customer satisfaction
Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners
Handle inbound calls and outbound follow-ups as needed
Document interactions accurately in the CRM system
Collaborate with internal teams to improve service delivery
What We’re Looking For
Minimum of 1 year BPO experience in a customer service role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
Flexibility to adapt in a fast-paced setting
