Act as software detectives, provide a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems.
Qualifications
Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will engage in a variety of tasks that involve identifying and resolving issues within critical business systems. Your day will typically include collaborating with team members to discuss ongoing challenges, analyzing technical documentation, and providing solutions to enhance system performance. You will also be responsible for ensuring that all documentation is up to date and accessible, contributing to a seamless operational environment. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME.- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.- Analyze and create technical documentation to support system operations.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve system issues.- Monitor system performance and recommend improvements.- Provide training and support to team members on best practices.- Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with industry trends and technologies. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Technical Documentation.- Additional Good To Have Skills: Experience with Android Application Development, Developer Ecosystem, Platform Partner Ecosystem Enablement.- Strong analytical skills to assess and improve documentation processes.- Proficient in using documentation tools and software.- Ability to communicate complex technical information clearly and effectively.- Experience in collaborating with software development teams to enhance documentation quality. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Technical Documentation.- This position is based at our Manila office. Minimum 2 year(s) of experience is required
