Act as software detectives, provide a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems.
Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will engage in a variety of tasks that involve identifying and resolving issues within critical business systems. Your day will typically include collaborating with team members to discuss ongoing challenges, analyzing service management governance processes, and implementing solutions to enhance system performance. You will also be responsible for ensuring that service delivery meets organizational standards and contributes to overall business objectives. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Analyze and document service management processes to ensure compliance with governance standards. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement in service delivery. - Provide training and support to team members on service management best practices. - Monitor and report on service performance metrics to stakeholders. - Develop and maintain documentation related to service management governance. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Service Management Governance. - Additional Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in German Language. - Strong understanding of IT service management frameworks such as ITIL. - Experience with service level agreements and performance metrics. - Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions. - Familiarity with incident management and change management processes. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Service Management Governance. - This position is based at our Manila office. Minimum 2 year(s) of experience is required
