- Delivery tracking and monitoring. Ensure timeliness and quality of deliverables.
- Review of project plans and monitor schedules to honor commitments to the customer.
- Inventory tracking/monitoring including allocation of unallocated stocks.
- Timely escalation of issues when delivery/project/transaction milestones are missed.
- Detailed investigation to resolve issues encountered.
- Bachelor's Degree
- 2-3 years of relevant experience.
- Solid ERP and well-developed computer skills.
- Good command of spoken and written English.
- Able to communicate with all levels within the organization.
- Good balance between independent and team player.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Strong time management and prioritization, eye for detail and accountable to the tasks assigned.
