Job Responsibilities

  • Delivery tracking and monitoring. Ensure timeliness and quality of deliverables.
  • Review of project plans and monitor schedules to honor commitments to the customer.
  • Inventory tracking/monitoring including allocation of unallocated stocks.
  • Timely escalation of issues when delivery/project/transaction milestones are missed.
  • Detailed investigation to resolve issues encountered.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience.
  • Solid ERP and well-developed computer skills.
  • Good command of spoken and written English.
  • Able to communicate with all levels within the organization.
  • Good balance between independent and team player.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Strong time management and prioritization, eye for detail and accountable to the tasks assigned.
