Your role and responsibilities
The DynamoDB Engineer / DBA will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining highly scalable and resilient NoSQL database solutions using Amazon DynamoDB. The role focuses on optimizing data models, ensuring high availability, automating operations, and integrating DynamoDB into modern cloud-based architectures.
Preferred Education
Bachelor's Degree
Required Technical And Professional Expertise
Preferred technical and professional experience
Exposure to serverless architectures (AWS Lambda, API Gateway, Step Functions).
Experience with data migration tools such as AWS DMS or custom ETL pipelines.
Familiarity with integrating DynamoDB into analytics or data lake environments (Glue, Redshift, Athena).
Understanding of cost optimization strategies for large-scale DynamoDB workloads.
AWS Certification such as AWS Certified Database – Specialty, Data Engineer – Associate, or Solutions Architect – Associate is a strong plus.
