Application Analyst (Learning Solutions)
Hybrid- Ortigas, Pasig City
Are you interested to work as an Application Analyst? In this role, you will be a consultant with the responsibility of Implementing HR solutions, mainly in the Learning area. You will be responsible for supporting, customizing and implementing HR solutions to support business and facilitate continuous growth in business efficiency and use of the core applications, including SuccessFactors and many other interfaced Learning applications.
What is the Job all about?
This role will be part of the “I Learn and Grow” product team that is responsible for development plans, trainings, courses and upskilling employees as well as those transitioning into a new job and/or location for a new role in Grundfos. The team covers Learning Management System, Learning Experience Platform, Skills & Competences and Succession.
The role reports to the Senior Manager of IS HR Solutions. It will also be in close collaboration with IT colleagues in the department “IS HR Solution”, located globally, focused mainly in Denmark and Manila. In addition, the role will be in close collaboration with business HR, where the collaboration is based on the everyday work with HR in our iL&G Product Team, with an IS Scrum Master and HR Product Owner.
This is a global position working across more parts of the organization, but mainly together with the IS HR department. This role will be based in Ortigas, Pasig City.

Your main responsibilities:
- Development, implementation and maintenance of global HR, mostly Learning solutions in accordance with IT-architectural principles and guidelines
- Active participation in the Product team
- Provide consultancy, advice and best practice regarding HR IT solutions
- Support the HR solutions by handling support tickets
- Provide solution and implement continuous business improvement requests to support the business grow and improve efficiency
- Involvement in testing and implementation of new functionalities in connection with upgrade of solutions
- Participate in projects for the Learning and Develop area and roll out of the solutions
- Contribute to shaping the roadmap for the future and execute it and drive development and deployment of existing and new solutions.
- In control of support of HR Learning and Development solutions supported by our SLAs, quality and enabling a good satisfaction score
- Delivering quality HR Learning and Development solutions by understanding and collaboration with the business, but at the same time stick to standard solutions and Grundfos guidelines. So balancing business needs and system possibilities and making recommendations and decisions regarding solutions.
- Using technical expertise and skills with solid understanding of the business and collaborate with relevant partners across IT as well as business to deliver the right solutions.
- Successfully implementing HR solutions according to roadmap
- Closely collaborating with colleagues across IT and business worldwide
- Taking ownership of assignments
- Being part of creating the new agile way of working in Product Teams for the HR solutions
- Master’s Degree or equivalent (not mandatory)
- Preferred experienced HR IT Consultant (3-5 years) with a proven track record – preferable in a global/international organization
- Good knowledge of HR solutions (preferably based on SAP)
- Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors
- Experience from a global/international organization
- Strong understanding of HR value chains and processes
