About the role
We are excited to announce a great opportunity for a Customer Service Representative role to join our esteemed Commercial team in our GBS (Global Business Services) Manila office in Pasig City. This is for a hybrid working setup, mid shift (EMEA) or night shift (North America).
In this role, a Customer Service Representative (Order Fulfillment, Commercial) is responsible for supporting business units by efficiently managing the entire order-to-cash process. This role will also collaborate with various teams to streamline processes, reduce manual interventions, and enhance overall efficiency in order fulfillment.

What you will be doing
This Customer Service Representative (Order Fulfillment, Commercial) role at Orica ensures that all customer orders are processed and confirmed in line with contractual obligations and company standards. They manage a portfolio of customers, handling orders, resolving issues, and meeting demands from both internal and external clients. This role involves managing the entire sales cycle process in SAP, from order to delivery and invoicing, while minimizing manual data handling and offline workarounds. The representative also ensures the smooth operation of auto-billing systems and promotes technology adoption for efficient turnaround times.
The role works closely with various teams to resolve issues that could delay payments or affect billing and invoicing. They share insights with territory managers to drive efficiencies and reduce costs. The role includes managing workflows, conducting ad-hoc analyses, and utilizing SAP reporting for accuracy. Effective communication with distribution points and the Credit and Collection Team is crucial to maximize supply chain efficiencies and resolve claims and disputes. The representative also supports inventory management and provides feedback through case management systems.
What you will bring
- 2 years’ experience in Order fulfilment or in a related role
- 1 year experience managing EMEA/NA stakeholders and customers
- SAP experience working for global or regional organizations
- Preferably have experienced in SSC or BPO set up
- Language skills highly desirable (e.g., Spanish, Portuguese, French, etc.)
- Great attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
