- Leverage expertise in OTC fixed income, equity, FX, and commodity & energy markets.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Develop clear and concise documentation for complex financial topics.
- Collaborate effectively in a matrixed environment, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proven experience working with Front Office, Operations, Middle Office, and Compliance teams.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience with Power Automate or Power BI is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
