APAC Remote Facility Manager

Job Description Summary

This role will require the holder to operate in accordance with established and developing processes, material and management systems aimed at providing remote site management support to range of sites across the APAC region.

Job Description

About the Role:

  • To help prepare, assist and implement an effective remote site support service aimed at meeting the remote facilities and property support needs of a wide and varied managed property portfolio distributed through-out the APAC region.
  • To develop, and continuously improve business process, practices and management systems that enable and support the Remote Site Management function.
  • Provide assistance to the on-site Facilities Management team to ensure timely and quality service delivery of requests.
  • Manage the performance and oversee the day-to-day operations of the Facilities Management Team.
  • Provide leadership for the operations including planning, coordination and oversight of the work group’s activities.

About You

  • College/Bachelor’s Degree in a related discipline or equivalent.
  • Must have at least 5 years Facilities Management and remote site operational exposures in a senior/lead role.
  • Excellent communication in English, great attention to detail, diligent and focused.
  • Preferably with familiarity in BPO set-up. Has experience working with 3rd party vendors.
  • Can manage multiple, complex tasks and projects. Must be internet savvy and with advanced IT skills providing remote communications.
