APAC Innovation Project Manager

You will lead the end-to-end management of new product development (NPD) projects across the APAC region. This includes working closely with various teams to ensure that new products are launched on time, within budget, and meet company objectives. You'll drive continuous improvement, manage risks, and ensure smooth transitions from development to market launch.

• Managing NPD plans and collaborating with project managers to evaluate opportunities and risks.
• Managing the end-to-end lifecycle of over 200 beauty innovation projects annually
• Driving co-branding and co-development strategies with vendors to enhance speed to market.
• Overseeing the entire supply chain process, from planning to logistics, to ensure high service levels and optimized costs.
• Leading post-launch reviews and continuous improvement initiatives to reduce development lead time and enhance process effectiveness.
• Leading the annual portfolio planning process and aligning with global timelines
• Driving project schedules, tracking progress, and ensuring launch readiness
• Facilitating key meetings such as Stage Gate, Feasibility Studies, and Innovation Reviews

What we're looking for:

• 7-10 years of experience in new product development, project/program management or supply chain management, preferably in the FMCG industry.
• A degree in engineering, supply chain, or a related field; PMP/CSCP certification is preferred.
• Strong project management skills, with experience in digital supply chain initiatives.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive change across a broad portfolio of requirements.
• Excellent problem-solving and risk management capabilities
• Detail-oriented with a strategic mindset
