As a Analytics Officer, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth, optimizing operations, managing risk and enhancing customer experience through data analytics and actionable insights.
How you'll contribute
- Utilize analytics techniques to extract, manipulate, and analyze large datasets related to business banking operations, customer behavior, market trends, and financial performance. Generate actionable efficiency and recommendations to drive decision-making, improve operational efficiency, and optimize product offerings.
- Monitor and assess the performance of business banking products, services, and portfolios. Identify trends, patterns, and areas of improvement to drive revenue growth, mitigate risks, and enhance customer satisfaction. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven strategies and initiatives.
- Design and create intuitive and visually appealing dashboards, reports, and presentations to communicate analytical findings and business performance metrics effectively. Provide regular updates and insights to senior management, stakeholders, and key decision-makers.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies related to data privacy, security, and governance. Conduct risk assessments, identify potential issues, and recommend solutions to mitigate risks associated with data analytics activities.
- Ensure team members are properly engaged and their training needs are timely met for them to deliver their roles.
- Timely engage key stakeholders to update them on new developments, new opportunities or to escalate issues in relevant business forums.
- At least 1-4 years of relevant experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Accounting, Data Science and Computer Science
- Analytics experience in a Retail or SME Banking environment is a must.
- Detail oriented with strong communication skills. Strong business acumen a plus.
