Key Responsibilities
Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or any related field.
Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management, preferably with experience in ARIBA Sourcing.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform analysis of E-Sourcing data for Copeland. Able to creates charts, trends as necessary to aid in easy interpretation and better understanding of analyzed data.
- Supports the creation and execution of e-sourcing events under the direction of Direct, Indirect and Logistics Directors.
- Provide training and support to ARIBA users, addressing and resolving any issues related to ARIBA.
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance sourcing processes and supplier performance.
- Compliance and Documentation: Maintaining sourcing databases and documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Manage contracts for Copeland: create draft contract, send to supplier, monitor, and follow up on the sign-off process with the supplier and contract manager, and oversee the contract approval process.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or any related field.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, PowerBI).
- Familiarity with any E-Sourcing Tool
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
