FUNCTION: Analytics
DUTY: Data Preparation
Data Gathering
- Extracts or generates structured information from either single or multiple tools using standardized extraction methods that may require simple querying or preconditioned logic. Tools such as but not limited to OBIEE, DOMO
- Cleans data using basic cleansing methods like filling in values, erasing unnecessary values, or formatting to ensure consistency for the next step of the analysis.
- Combines extracted data from multiple resources using automated tools (excel, macro, OTHER database TOOLS)
- Apply basic calculation and to summarize the gathered data into information for further analysis
Data Analysis
- Creates charts, and trends as necessary to aid in easy interpretation and better understanding of analyzed data
- Analyze and interpret data using descriptive analytics (basic mathematics, comparative analysis)
Report Generation / Presentation
- Generate or create report based on non-standard template and submit to requestor
- Present the analyzed data to stakeholders to provide updates, summaries, and feedback
- Optimize the reporting process by enhancing tools/scripts (programming language, Excel Macro, VBA)
DUTY: Sales & Operation Planning
Sales/Demand Planning
- Analyzes gathered information & data using descriptive analytics (basic mathematics & comparative analysis). Interprets the data and provides in-depth analysis based on findings.
- Update forecast adjustments in the tool (Demantra)
- Upload customer production line rates to the system (Demantra)

FUNCTION: Operational Excellence

Records Management/ Process Management
- Create a new Documented Information related documents and processes (e.g., work procedures, forms, documented information and process flow) based on the documentation guidelines
- Updates an existing Documented Information related documents and processes (e.g., work procedures, forms, documented information and process flow) based on the documentation guidelines
- Identifies continuous improvement project ideas
