Our Compliance team is looking for experienced professionals to join us in Makati with the role of AML Compliance Officer.

In this role, you will assist Compliance Officers in implementing the Compliance Program, focusing on Anti-Money Laundering laws and regulations mandated by the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) and Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC).

What the role will entail

• Assist Compliance Officers in executing and implementing the Compliance Program.
• Focus on Anti-Money Laundering laws, rules, and regulations.
• Ensure compliance with mandates from the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) and Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC).

What we’re looking for

• Holder of a Bachelor’s Degree in either Business, Economics, any related field
• Possess at least three years of relevant banking experience, including one year of AML-related experience
• Proficient in AML regulations, banking operations, and Microsoft Office Applications, with good oral, communication, presentation, facilitation, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Audit skills are an advantage
• Demonstrates integrity, attention to detail, flexibility, adaptability, and a strong work ethic, with a commitment to organizational learning and achieving divisional and bank goals.
• Excels in building a network of contacts in the banking industry, is a team player, results-driven, works with minimal supervision, and possesses excellent people and interpersonal skills.
